Local home grown cuisine offers a unique culinary fusion with signature ingredients and flavors.
In Davao City, it's very difficult to find a restaurant that caters local cuisine in the modern dining scene.
Together with Chef Michael Yvan Aguayon, both chef's are trained locally and are celebrated in the city of their skills in the culinary arts. Influenced by their multicultural cuisine experience, the Filipino chef's wants to move up their food spotlight by using modern techniques and local ingredients.
But Filipino cuisine is a real fusion of food as we colonize by different countries, drawn inspired culinary inspiration from Spain, Japan, USA, Malaysia, Italian, Mexican and China. This melting pot cuisine are now gaining momentum and it's about time that Davao local cuisine must be acknowledge.
Here at BLAH BLAH BLAH manage now by the Good Food Co. is committed to provide quality food and excellent service in Davao City. They want to keep up with modern times, but put a creative twist on our beloved local dishes.

VERDICT:
FOOD
I was expecting the food here is still the same with the previous management, but was pleased to find the menus trending in a more contemporary direction using a twist from local ingredients, giving emphasis to the palate of the Dabawenyos while still keeping with the old conventional favorite dish at BLAH BLAH BLAH by The Good Food Co., in fact, the shrimps in chili and coconut sauce in Cajun rice, which I highly recommend - a must try dish because that combination had positively unmatched flavor but very inviting to taste. It was a mouth watering experience.
When it comes to THE GOOD FOOD CO., it means GREAT FOOD! Right? And aside for the shrimps chili, I also love their pasta - seafood in tomatoes & coconut milk and their French onion soup, in fact it's been awhile since I enjoyed soup like that.
The flavor in ribs in malt vinegar and tamarind with sauteed mushrooms taste even better! Especially how they cook tender meats - very juicy.
And my all-time love their appetizers greatest hits, the chicken quesadillas, chicken tenders, buffalo wings and fish fingers, I loved every bite.
And of course the apple crumble and chocolate nibblers in creme de chantilly not to forget.
Food is carefully prepared with passion and knowledge. Presentation was gorgeous.
SERVICE
The fact that everyone loved their dishes it's really true, that BLAH BLAH BLAH service was excellent - friendly, smiling and very helpful.
